Our Process

Step 1 | Preliminary Meeting

A simple 30ish minute preliminary discussion on the phone…no cost, no commitment! We want to learn more about your project and determine if we’re a good fit for one another. This is always important. Teamwork makes the dream work!

Step 2 | Consultation Meeting

If we’re both in agreement that we’ll be a good fit, we’ll meet you at the job site for a further dive into your project. We’ll take photos and measurements, share more specific ideas, and get to know one another better. Our consultation fee for this service is $250 within Marion County – contact us for projects outside the Ocala area – we can travel!

We’ll then provide you with a written summary of our meeting, our official design fee quote, as well as a summary that includes our entire process from start to finish.

Step 3 | Action

• Design Process – Whether it’s furnishings, new construction, or remodeling, leave the designing to our team…no worries, you get to approve the selections!
• Order Management – We handle that, too! From placing orders and managing them, to creating construction documents & visuals to provide your contractor, and everything in-between, we handle it all.
• Installation – Once the furnishings arrive at our warehouse, we come to your home and execute one full install, top to bottom for a big reveal!
