What We Offer
Residential Interior Design
We’ll start with a no-cost, 30 min call to discuss your project, answer general questions, and determine if we’re a good fit.
We’ll next meet at the job site to take a look around and get to know one another while hearing all about your new project. After this meeting, our team will quote you a flat fee for our design time, ensuring you’re fully aware of the costs before making any kind of commitment.
We’ll explore your vision, inspiration photos, and goals to personalize designs and details shaped by how your family lives. Whether it's furnishings, new construction, or remodeling, leave the designing to us. All you have to do is approve the selections!
We also handle all of the order management, too. From placing and managing, to creating construction documents for your contractor, and everything in between, we do it.
Once all of your furnishings arrive at our warehouse, we’ll come to your home to execute one full install, down to the tiniest of details!
Renovation Project Design & Consulting
Includes a total update of kitchens, bathrooms, or any other room that will require the involvement of a general contractor, subcontractor, cabinet designer, etc. We’ll also provide 2D or 3D electronic renderings of any areas that have specific design details. Our in-house engineer will ensure that any tweaks to the design along the way are expedited in order to keep your project moving full-steam ahead.
Working closely with our clients, we’ll establish a specific design direction and layout, collaborate with cabinet or other professionals on details, source all materials needed to complete the project, offer consistent monitoring of the work site during construction, follow-up on details post-construction, final styling of each new space, etc.
Pre-Construction Design for Major Home Renovations & Additions
Establishment of project scope and vision, overall design concept, electronic floorplan design (while working with your architect or draftsman), 3D renderings for custom features, materials, lighting, paint/color scheme, exterior details, and any other details that the client requests.
Once construction is underway, we'll then dive into the furnishings side of things to ensure one full cohesive design plan is carried out.
New Home Construction Design Consulting and Project Management
Working closely with our clients, we provide general consulting and advising after a design concept has been established. We work closely with contractors, subcontractors, architects, drafters, or carpenters to ensure the project is coming together as planned while addressing any changes/tweaks along the way, etc. (Occasionally, we offer counseling advice at no charge – renovations can be rough!)
We’ll walk you through the process from the first wall that’s knocked down, or the first trees that are cleared, to the final potted plants!
